The room itself was comfortable and quiet. The balcony was clean and accessible, and the amenities in the room were easy to navigate.

SpainSpacious room with great amenities such as clothing iron and espresso machine. Great location - the Arguelles metro station was right next to the hotel, a minute walk. Lots of cute bars and restaurants nearby. It's also a pretty great location if you want to do some shopping without going to the VERY crowded Gran Via. There's a Zara, Mango, el corte ingles, and a bunch of other stores right next to the hotel. The hotel also offers baggage storage which was perfect since we had a 17 o'clock train to catch.
Israellocation was great !!! stuff was very welcoming and friendly we needed to make reservation in several places , receptionist Carla helped us making a phone call and reserving for us breakfast was great and all servers very friendly , it was great stay
