Welcome to Tanja, a refined villa set in charming Mediterranean grounds enjoying of an attention-to-detail Spanish decoration throughout. Located in a quiet residential area on the Benissa coast. Within walking distance, we reach the coast road connecting the two main hotspots of this area, the towns of Moraira and Calpe, and also the famous Cove of Advocat by Benissa coast. Follow along the beautiful coast road finding bars and restaurants and nice coves. Moraira and Calpe will complete the beautiful environment with nice sand beaches together with various water activities. Follow stairs down from the entrance, where we get welcomed by a built-in BBQ with beautiful outdoor furniture perfect for al-fresco meals. A private swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds leads up through a few steps to a seating area overlooking the pool area and followed by a traditional charming central patio with a fireplace and seating area. The central patio leads into a living area, beautifully decorated with a high ceiling enjoying of wooden beams and a terracotta flooring throughout and many open spaces leading toward the kitchen and dining room. Internal stairs lead up to a double bedroom with an En-Suite shower room and 2 single bedrooms, each with its own shower room. On the bottom floor in the annex next to the patio, we find another double bedroom with an En-Suite bathroom and direct access to the beautiful exterior.
