Comfy bed and pillows, sufficient facilities. Towels provided. The room was a bit small but it's no problem as we were out all day anyway. Location is a bit of a walk from Atocha train station (about 20 mins) but it's walkable to most attractions. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

United KingdomThe staff was very helpful and explained everything we wanted to know and more. Also if we had a question or needed something they fulfilled our wishes immediately and in a far bigger capacity than you would expect from a small hostel at that price. The room was very cute and well decorated, the bed was comfortable, the small balcony is great for a morning cigarette and the bathroom, although it's not huge, has everything you need and most importantly is very clean. The house is also very nice and the location is perfect, with access to public transportation within 5 minutes of the hostel, a food market very close by and in general a very interesting neighbourhood.
AustriaLoved staying here! The room has a great bed, very comfy. Staff will provide you with a hair dryer if requested. My room had two balconies with great views, streets are not too loud which makes leaving balcony doors open a possibility. You get access to lots of bars and cafes within minutes to your hotel. Most attractions are tops 20 mins away walking, with some much closer depending on your pace. 100% would stay again.
SpainWhat a wonderful stay. The lady who runs the place is an absolute gem, she was so helpful and welcoming, she gave us a map and explained how to get to all the top sights. The room was more than adequate with a super powerful shower. We loved the little balcony. I would highly recommend a stay here.
