KuwaitThe hotel was perfectly located and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room was made up perfectly every day after we left. The addition of a bottle of Cava, water and chocolates were a nice touch. Reception and concierge staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooftop bar was very nice and the cocktails delicious.

PortugalThe hotel location is unbeatable - just in Gran Via, some 15 min walk to the museums and Parque Retiro, 10 min walk to Puerta del Sol and 15 min to Plaza Major. It's a nice boutique hotel blending old with contemporary, with nice beds and black and white tiled bathrooms. There's a wonderful terrace with city views at the 7th floor.

SpainThe location is perfect, its at the foot of Gran Via and surprisingly quiet, and easy to get around. Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. The decor is nice, with dark panels. The lounge and the balcony were charming. The rooftop has stunning views. We were given early check in and was given a very nice room with its own terrace! Special thanks to Elena who checked us in and for being very accomodative and attentive. Generally the staff were all very helpful and the concierge was spot-on with recommendations.
