This hotel was a great experience. The reception by Roger, the host, was very welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel itself is reasonably small (8 rooms) and located in a peaceful corner of the town. Every room is filled with art, color, and lovely antiques. The only noises around are the birds in the morning. Roger changed in the morning to a chef and put a great breakfast together. The hotel is easily reachable from Vic or even Girona (30 minutes). It is definitely a recommendation if you are in that corner of Catalunia.

The hotel has a picturesque backdrop of mountains and countryside, and has easy access by area roads to the cities of Barcelona, Vic and Girona. By day you can easily embark upon adventurous outings, hot balloon rides or walking. For those looking for a more relaxed vacation, there is a golf course nearby. To unwind after a long day you can enjoy a meal in the Catalan, art-nouveau style restaurant or find a peaceful corner in the library. The Torre Marti is the ideal place to spend a night after a long day's work or a relaxing weekend getaway.
