Charming townhouse set in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in the centre of the old town, very close to the Calvario and the main square. The clean property consists in a lovely living room, with a piano, that leads to a charming dining room and then to a graceful kitchen. The patio includes a dining area, and stairs that lead to the terrace, which includes a beautiful living area. There is also a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a lovely bedroom on the left, and a bathroom and a large bedroom on the right. A really charming place with a perfect location to enjoy the town and have an amazing holidays. Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
