Our hotel had a plumbing problem and we were moved to another property managed by the same people. Amber, the manager was superb and the new property was an upgrade (for no additional cost) but at a slightly less convenient location, since we chose Bed & Chic to be closest to the cruise terminal.

United KingdomThe hotel is is a fantastic location overlooking a beautiful garden. Super handy if you are coming from the airport, the bus station is less that 5 mins away. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful, check I was fast and we were soon settled in our rooms. We stayed in a suite this time, on the top floor there is a great rooftop bar, the guys there were great. It’s best to reserve a table up there as it’s very popular. Out room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a lift. I was pleased there was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, on each floor there is a place to collect complimentary teas and fruit teas. We would definitely return to this hotel

United KingdomThe location is great - just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the main beach which is AMAZING. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the little kitchen area is really useful. Bed is very comfy! We tend to go when the carnival is on and it can be really noisy but closing the windows stops most of the noise and its generally all over by about 11pm - 12pm. There are restuarants below but tbh we like the noise and the hub-bub. The number 60 bus takes you direct to and from the airport and is only about £3 pp. its a good location, small and boutique kind of little hotel.
