Beautiful apartment with fabulous view of sea. Very secure. There was dishwasher tablets, washing powder, toilet paper, bin liners and extra towels...a big plus. 20 mins leisurely walk along marina into Puerto Banus central. Would definitely recommend Ventura del Mar.

    Our payment conditions specify that a 30% has to be paid upon booking, to block and reserve the booked period. This downpayment will be returned if the booking is cancelled on time (up to 2 weeks before arrival). The balance is paid on the day of arrival.

    Between June and August. June being a month with irregularities in the weather but hopefully you can enjoy.

    Not for a typical short stay... If the stay is a bit longer and we increase the security deposit a bit, we could consider it. Regards, Jef
