The apartment was modern and had high end appliances and high ceilings. There was a large amount of closet and storage space. The wi fi was excellent. The TV package was good. The heating worked well and the apartment was warm despite the cool weather. The bathrooms were modern, The bedroom had electric shutters which gave good blackout for sleeping. The apartment is located a short drive from the peublo village. There was gated parking for one small car.

The size of the villa and pool area. The location of the villa was perfect and the views were amazing. Short walk to the town with lots of restaurants and short taxi ride to Marina and beach! The host was excellent too :)

Style of the house was amazing. The pool area was very comfortable and spacious with plenty places to sit outside and eat and sunbathe. Bedding felt extremely plush and high quality. Every area of the Villa was clean. Couch was very comfortable and TV was extensive with channels and smart apps available. Bathrooms were decorated modern and very clean. Kitchen was great with everything you could want and need available to use with lots of plates and dishwasher etc. We really loved staying here and will be returning.

Location is stunning but it is worth being aware that Benalmadena Pueblo is a very hilly area

Property info

We built this house in 2022. It is totally new and exclusive. All luxuries are available. Bathrobes, bath towels. There is a private garden and private Pool. You can play Piano and Guitar. There is a good Piano for the guests. And there is a good Spanish Guitar for the guests. The house and the interieur is designed by a famous Architect of Malaga.

Neighborhood info

It is a quiet neighbourhood. We have nice and quiet neighbours. It is a lovely place. Nice palm trees and flowers everywhere. The old white village of Benalmádena Pueblo is a 5-10 minutes walk away. Many good restaurants, bars and supermarket are there to be find. The sea is 10 minutes drive. There you wil find nice beaches. Towels for the beach are in the house. You can visit the old white town of Benalmádena Pueblo, 5 minutes walk. Lot of golf courses nearby. There are very nice hikes possible in the mountains. Tennis and Padel is nearby.
