Villa Avondale is located in a quiet residential area less than a 10 minute walk from the fabulous blue flag sandy beach of Cala Forn and within a 15 minute walk of a high quality yet reasonably priced family friendly restaurant. There is a supermarket, a bakery, and a couple of Tapas bars, located at the entrance to the estate within a 15minute walk of the villa. Villa Avondale offers and ideal holiday location for a relaxing holiday, yet is within easy reach of the beaches and many local attractions. The coastline in this area is among the most beautiful and unspoilt in the Mediterranean, there are 3 lovely sandy coves to chose from in Las Tres Calas itself and there are many more secluded beaches along the coastal road between Las Tres Calas and L'Ametlla de Mar. The pretty fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar is located just 5mins away by car, offering a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. L'Ametlla de Mar is a popular destination for couples and families who return year after year to soak up the atmosphere of this charming town. Villa Avondale has a pretty kidney shaped private swimming pool, sunbathing terraces and an extensive roof terrace offering stunning views across to the sea and over to the mountains. At the entrance to the estate you find a supermarket, bakery, and a couple of Tapas Bars all within a 15minute walk of the villa, additionally within a 15minute walk in the other direction you will find an excellent family friendly restaurant with children's play area. The quaint fishing town of L'Ametlla de Mar offering a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. All making Villa Avondale an ideal holiday setting for a relaxing family holiday or couples travelling together. *Free Wifi Internet access available*
