Located in Llucmajor, the Villa Conchita has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people and 1 bedroom with a trundle bed for 2 people) and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This property features a private outdoor area complete with a pool, garden, and open terrace. Parking is available in the street and in front of the house, less than a minute walking from the property there is a charging station for electric cars. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
