Villa La Zenia was built as one of the first houses on the beaches of Orihuela Costa on Costa Blanca. It is located just in front of the La Zenia beach, with beautiful sea views in a spectacular neighborhood, and with short distances to shopping, entertainment, sports amenities, Torrevieja town, and the airports of Alicante and San Javier. Since acquiring the property the house underwent a complete make over, with only the structure being kept. In August 2018, the renovation was finally completed, giving the visitors of La Zenia beach another front line property to admire. Our architects at Studiogaraje managed to combine the classical Spanish look with modern Scandinavian design, giving enough space for both quality time with family and friends, as well as privacy when rest is being called for. With high quality interiors, an amazing infinity pool, outdoor terraces and barbecue area, this is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday, or celebrate a friend or family member. Villa La Zenia has in total four bedrooms and sleeps 8 people. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, whilst the the upper floor bedrooms share a bathroom. Both living rooms have a bed sofa.
When acquiring Villa La Zenia in 2017, our dreams came true. And it was a dream too good to keep to ourselves as we are only able to enjoy the house a few weeks per year, so inevitably it was let out for rent as a holiday home since 2018 once the renovations were completed. Well experienced from professions where the ultimate customer service makes the difference, we brought this mindset into our private rental project, enabling us to find local partners sharing our mindset. We simply want our guest to enjoy the house as much as we do, and will do our very best to fulfill your vacation dreams while visiting Villa La Zenia on Costa Blanca. Welcome to our dream! The property is located just in front of La Zenia beach, with walking distance to restaurants and pubs. A nice walk path along the sea starting just outside the house. It is very accessible with only 1 min drive from the N332 coastal road passing through the area. The largest shopping mall in the province is only 3 min away by car, La Zenia Boulevard, offering 150 stores, restaurants, casino and events. Several golf courses are only a few minutes away by car, and you will also find go-karting, mini-golf, gym, sports centers and other amenities in the close vicinity. Torrevieja town center is 10-15 min driving distance away. Driving time from Alicante airport is 45 min, while it takes only 20 min from the San Javier/Murcia airport.
