This fantastically proportioned villa is split over two levels, which can be used as two separate apartments. Each level is equipped with a fully-fitted kitchen. The top section of the villa consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a separate living and dining area. Off this level you have a balcony with views over the garden and down over the complex. There is also a stone charcoal BBQ on this terrace. The lower section of the house has three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Again, there is an open plan living & dining area and kitchen which has an American style fridge freezer. From the living area you walk out onto the garden area and pool. The large terraces wrap around the villa to the front, while the pool area has extensive sitting options for outdoor dining. So you can comfortably chill out with a cold drink. There are numerous sun loungers for those lazy days by the pool. This villa has two living rooms which both include a TV & WIFI. The upstairs living space is perfect for relaxing with a book whilst taking in the views from the terrace. There is also air conditioning throughout and the kitchens are fully equipped for a self-catering holiday of up to 11 people.

This fantastic 5 bedroom villa is perfect for families who want plenty of outside space to relax in, a great size private pool and lots of privacy. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and has been built in the typical style of Andalucía. Located a 2/3-minute walk from all of the amenities in this great urbanisation. This villa is located in the popular urbanization of Cerros de Águila, just a short drive from the beach and the castle of Fuengirola. In the urbanisation there´s a local supermarket and a small selection of bars and restaurants. There is a large communal pool, with a child play area and tennis court. The area is only 30 mins from Malaga Airport and near the popular Miramar shopping centre and cinema complex. The Cerros del Águila area has 3 professional golf courses, plus a few minutes’ drive from the iconic fishing & market village of La Cala de Mijas. A car is recommended and there is a local bus stop with a limited service daily. Local Taxi companies are also very good and inexpensive. Arrival check-in is between 16.00-18.00. Later arrival will incur the following late fees: 18:00-20:00, EUR 50 / 20:00-22:00, EUR 70 / 22:00 Onwards, EUR 100
