The fine print
Parking spaces must be reserved in advance. Otherwise we will not be able to guarantee available space. Daily cost €15. The price of parking for electric vehicles is €20 per day.
Guests must show a valid identification document and a pre-authorization of €250 will be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for possible damages.
Arrivals with more people than those confirmed and declared in the reservation confirmation (children included) will not be accepted. We do not have extra beds in any of the rooms, the maximum occupancy being that indicated in the reservation capacity.
In case of early departure, the accommodations will charge you the full amount of the stay.
Please note that the Spa is closed on Sundays and Mondays for weekly rest. We request an "appointment" for the use of the Spa Circuit and treatments in order to guarantee availability upon arrival.
A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
