The two-storey Villa Rote is set in a peaceful, rural location just outside the town of Campanet and can accommodate 10 people. It features an air-conditioned living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 with bathtub, one with shower) and 2 extra toilets. This typical Majorcan villa also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair (on request), a cot, a table tennis table, a pool table and a parking space. Small pets are welcome. The idyllic outside space, with its covered terrace, a barbecue area, 42-m² pool and sun loungers offers a spectacular view of the surroundings. The town of Campanet with its restaurants and shops can be reached by car in 2 minutes, while the Bay of Pollença with its fine, sandy beaches is a 30-minute drive away. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
