Villa Rubi our newly constructed conviently situate villa with garage space and private pool is in the centre of town in the Hogel Parador zone. It is probably one of the best locations in Nerja for easy walking to beaches and the centre. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 terraces with excellent views as demonstrated by the photographs, a very large lounge housing the kitchen zone and a private pool. The full airdconditioning the machinery of which provides under floor heating for the winter and the electricity costs are kept to a minimum as it also has solar panelling. The decor is modern and comfortable and the kitchen has all the features of a home from home for home cooking. For those who like alfresco eating there is a bbq area which can be moved around to take advantage of the sun or shade conditions during the year. Sun adorns the villa at some place during the day and theere are splendid views to the sea and the mountains from the two front terraces. We have responded to feedbact from our first guests and have provided tables and chairs and sun umbrellas on all the terraces so as to provide comfort to those who like or do not like sun whilst eating. It is a home from home.
My husband and I are the direct owners of the newly constructed Villa Rubi 3a Calle Mrie de Waard centre of Nerja . We decided to rent our properties (we have five great properties in graet Nerjalocations) for summer and short term lets in 2013 and have received great TripAdviser reviews as our philosophy is to treat people as our guests. As we have a keylock safe in all of our 5 properties guests arrive at any time depending on whether we have guests departing on the same day but normally we can work around the timing of guests so that no one is inconvenienced. Felipe and I are supposed to be retired but we like meeting new people and enjoy hosting our guests. We have a small team of helpers and can usually rectify any problems which may occur in the shortest possible time as my husband being spanish and local knows all of the local mechanics and specialists. My husband and I value our guests and have earned a good reputation for looking after our properties and our guests at all times as we know how important it is for them to enjoy their holidays. Even though we only started to rent out villa Rubi last year many guests have made reservations for future times.
The hotel Parador is probably one of the best locations in centre Nerja. Our villa is in a prime residential area and so enjoys peace and quiet too. Looking at the map Calle Marie de Waard is a long one way street and our villa is the firsdt house in that street hence being close to the beach as well as being central. Many of our guests have commented that they need not hire a car and those guests who know Nerja immediately recognise the location as being desirable as there are no hills to climb. We have provided an information pack in the villa containing details of areas to visit either by bus or car near to Nerja and wider afield. The villa is within easy walking distance of the bus station, the 24 hour emergency health care centre and the local supermarkets Mercadona which is good for fresh fish and fruits and vbegetables and SuperSol where local purchase their meats at the deli counter. Nerja is of course blessed with the Balcon de Europa which is a 10 minute walk away and also a cultural centre which provides an extremely good range of entertainment for all ages and cultures including monthly meetings of different associations.
