Housekeeping: 225 euros Late checkin: After 20:00 until 24:00 -> 45 euros After 00:00 -> 70 euros. From November to April, both months included, there is an additional weekly charge for heating and electricity consumption 300 euros, 800 euros on monthly rentals.
