The apartment is located on the ground floor, with an independent entrance separate from the house. It can accommodate 2-4-6 people and is equipped with three bedrooms, two doubles and one smaller, and 2 full bathrooms. Living room, dining room and kitchen complete it. In the outdoor area reserved for guests, in addition to a large garden, there are the swimming pool, various relaxation areas, the barbecue area and a service bathroom. Free parking. Access to the entire ground floor. The owners, at some times of the year except the summer months, live on the upper floor. Privacy is guaranteed by separate entrances. The garden, pool and barbecue area sona exclusive use of the guests. Pursuant to the new law on tourism of the Comunidad Valenciana in Spain, a contract will be sent via the Booking platform, which must be signed by both parties. Villa Doni is located in Benissa just a few minutes from Moraira, a famous pearl of the Costa Blanca of the Valencian community in Spain. Near beaches, coves. Villa Doni is located in a very quiet area on a cul-de-sac. A few minutes away you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, public and private health centers as well as a varied trade and specialized stores. In the surroundings it is possible to do all kinds of activities such as cycling, hiking, water activities, walks ... From our privileged location we are close to Benidorm, Alicante, Calpe, Jávea, a perfect point to discover the beauty of the entire area.
