Javier, at the reception desk was very helpful and considerate to our family. Most especially to my older parents who needed a late check out. He made special accommodations to keep them in their room, even if we had already departed. It was a nice gesture we greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, and facilities 5 star.

Hotel Villa Real is considered a classic among Madrid’s luxury hotels, decorated with wood and marble. The art collection includes Roman mosaics and Greek ceramics, some from the 3rd Century BC.
