The room was small, which is fine but I did not find it a 4 star hotel. I would say it was more of a 3 star hotel. The room was very dark and I could not open the window and the window looked out yo a wall that was maybe 2/3 feet away. The bathroom door was not a typical door that you could close fully or lock. And although the staff was friendly I did not find them always that helpful.
I thought the location was great. Very central and walkable. The staff were friendly.

what I did not like even though it happens, it that I had asked for a taxi the night before leaving, when I came downstairs, the order had been lost so not completed. They opted to still call, and more than 15 min later there was no one while many taxis were passing by. I then decided to go out , take first cab and not miss my flight. So they stuck to a rule of calling whichever company rather than focusing on getting me as quickly as possible a taxi ti be in time at airport. lack of inhouse atmosphere.
I did like the staff at my arrival, and the simple neat design. My room was spacious enough for a downtown hotel, but on the street so was very noisy at night, all the more that it was only on the second floor. I did not see any facility but the bar downstairs. no option to do tea in my room.

Showers let water all over the bathroom floor, internet was horrible...on and off all day long. Same for the TV...stations pixelated. Maybe could watch a channel, then you can’t...when I’m paying I want the TV reception perfect and the internet...not half ass

we enjoyed our stay in Vincci central short walk to the metro Sol , the staff were friendly and helpful , they have a good bar and restaurant open till 11 pm and the bar closes at 12am , highly recommended and I will book again next time .
