United States of AmericaWe chose to stay here because we like to try the ‘grande dame’ hotels when we visit new cities. This certainly fit the bill! We ended up with an executive suite that was superlative – and the best possible view down to the center of busy Madrid. La Rotonda is a wonderful bar for drinks, food and people-watching. Great location and helpful staff.

Staff : Amazing .. we had an issue with my credit card but staff were very understanding and patient .. till I solved the issue withy bank . special thanks to (( stephanie )) from reception department for her great help . Breakfast : On of the best .. Room : We got one of the classic furniture rooms .. Neptune fountain view . Large room bit and super clean . No USP chargers .. bathtub only . Interior : Classy and Chic 👌
Saudi ArabiaI have stayed at the Palace hotel off and on since 1978 and the coffee is pretty terrible: not good quality and cooked too hard. In addition, the little white salt and pepper shakers (I suppose ‘iconic’ Westin group kit) are a disgrace in an institution of the Palac’s standing - better to have salt flakes and coarse ground BLACK pepper in tiny bowls such are used for the olive oil

United States of AmericaI have been staying at the Palace for more than 40 years. The rooms overlooking Neptune's Fountain are perfect (try 428). The location could not be better. Terrific Rincon de Esteban Restaurant is 2 blocks away; Prado is one block. Staff are always wonderful. Excellent buffet breakfast and great bar. Perfect for business, solo, or family travelers.
