Our company, World Vacances Plus s.l., located in Salou (Costa Dorada) is a booking centre between individuals which has been offering, for 20 years, a quality service and attention to both landlords and International tourists. We are members of the Costa Dorada's tourist association (ATCD).

Property info

Profile tenants wished: families. Pretty air conditioned apartment with a big private rooftop solarium terrace, in a residence with swimming pools, close to the beach and to the centre of La Pineda. Recent and spacious, it counts with two double bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), a large living room opening up to a first covered and furnished terrace of about 12 sqm (table and chairs), a fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, loggia with laundry sink and drying rack, big fridge-freezer, oven, etc … ) and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The living room is very bright thanks to the 2 wide picture windows which lead to the terrace and spacious enough to provide a comfortable dining area with a table and 6 chairs as well as a rest zone with sofa-bed, armchair and a television . A staircase installed in the inside corridor allows to walk up to a second terrace, solarium, of 66sqm, prettily fitted out with 6 sun beds, a wide sun shade and a rolling barbecue, providing therefore an additional beautiful dining / rest area to the property. Both terraces benefit from an overall view onto resort's garden.

It's located in a beautiful family residence, composed of 3 blocks with elevators and completely fitted out for the entertainment of all your family with a vast community area, providing with treeed gardens, well maintained with lawn, shadow spots and access ramps, a big swimming pool with Roman stairs, a children's area, outdoor showers, benches allong little alleys, etc … In a quiet area, only 4 minutes walk from La Pineda's long fine sand beach, surveyed and laid out with showers, beach huts offering cool drinks, tapas and ice-creams, it also is near the pedestrian maritime promenade which makes easier the access to the resort's centre with its bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, Spa centres, the Aquopolis water park and many other activities. Closeby, you'll find the Lumine Golf Club, renowned around the world, and, more or less 4 kms from the property, the famous Port Aventura – Ferrari Land theme park. This property is ideal for families with kids of all ages.
