United States of AmericaThe staff all were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was excellent just steps away from the bus and metro lines and of course the hustle and bustle of La Rambas. The room was small but very loved the decor and it was unbelievably quiet. I also loved that we could connect our Netflix account to their TV. Big Plus!

The location was primo, the room was very comfortable and nicely designed. The rooftop was exquisite for a relax time. They had a wine and après to unwind. An excellent experience and great value for money. I would stay there any time.
MexicoThe rooftop garden was gorgeous! We also had a private patio/courtyard off of our room. While we are not smokers, this would be great for smokers. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant next door but paid through the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful (and fluent in a number of languages). The bedding and towels were both very good. The rooftop terrace offers an outstanding view of the surrounding city, and a cozy place to have a snack and Sangria that the staff graciously delivered to us from the attached restaurant.

GermanyThe location of this property was awesome! The staff (everyone we encountered) was very kind and helpful! Room was small but finishes were nice! Rooftop area was pleasant as well. Wine hour was a bonus we didn't expect. Would definitely stay here again!
