United KingdomI stayed for 9 days. Everything in the room worked very well: wifi, air conditioner, shower, etc. The room is kept very clean by the cleaning staff. My room had a nice view and was very comfortable with a kingsize bed. Though conveniently located, walking distance to everything in the Albaicin and Centro, the room is quiet. The front desk staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The interior of the hotel is also very attractive. The value is exceptional.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. It was a bonus that they spoke English well, too9. My air conditioning kept the room chilled at night - so important since the outdoor temps were unusually high. Great to be right on the Carrera del Darro, with a view to the river and the bustling activities below from my balcony. Plus, there were plenty of snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge. That was really convenient. 100% recommend!

United States of AmericaThe lady at the front desk went well beyond her normal duties in reception, she acted more like a concierge for us. She helped me order food for delivery (a daunting task when your Spanish is iffy), gave us advice on transportation options, and even kept our leftovers in the staff refrigerator. We couldn't have asked for nicer staff at a hotel!
Spainvery cute little hotel. the staff was super friendly and very helpful. the location was amazing right on the street of crying. out room had an amazing view of alhambra. the room was small but had everything we needed. the bed was comfortable with great pillows. the roof top patio was adorable for a late night glass of wine and view of alhambra.
