The room was very spacious and we had an amazing view of the Mediterranean from our terrace. I thought that the room's bathroom area was designed well. I was traveling with my mother. Having a separate and enclosed toilet room was helpful. The staff were very accommodating and there was always someone in the lobby area to assist you if needed. On one occasion I asked a staff member (Marco) with help finding local embroidery shops in Sóller. Later that day before our drive to Sóller, Marco provided me with a shop name. He said he had called his mother to ask. We were appreciative and charmed.

The decor and whole vibe throughout was beautiful. Room decor very coastal and really well laid out with two luggage areas , breakfast in Beso was amazing.. great location in front of the beach where you can hire sun beds and umbrella for 13.50 for two ..everything in walking distance !

Our view from the room was nothing special. Not the best view as we didn’t pick the one with the sea view We only had breakfast, not much variety (too much meat / raw meat products for breakfast) they also need to label their foods so we know what is vegan and vegetarian

This will be a review of two halves, there’s the very good bits and the not-so-good (but not bad) stuff First the up-side. This a beautiful hotel, thoughtfully decorated with large rooms with an excellent view from our room 208 (see the attached photo.) The shower is excellent. The air-conditioning and ceiling fan perfect to fight back the heat. The bed is huge, if you want to forget there’s another person on holiday with you, this is the perfect hotel. The hotel borders the golden sands of Palmanova beach, and is so close to the sea you can stand in the water and still get a Wi-Fi signal from the hotel (I don’t know why you’d want Wi-Fi in the sea, but its there if you want.) The area around the hotel is almost flat, and perfect for anyone of restricted mobility, and full of bars and restaurants.

The room including the bed and airconditioning was excellent. The breakfast was great and the pool area really good including the pool bar and the plentiful sun lounges. The senior staff and client liaison people are outstanding as were the staff at the breakfast, cleaning staff and pool area staff. The location is absolutely ideal and near good restaurants and just across the raod from the beach.

Amazing localization. Great restaurant and breakfasts. Clean and comfortable pool. Parking spot nearby. There is gym, spa and yoga room. A lot of space for coworking in the hall at ground zero. Totally will come back again
