Everything: The location, the people, the surroundings, but most of all the beautiful cottage with all its amenities. During the 2+ weeks I stayed here, it really felt like home, and I wasn't missing anything.

Perfect location from where one can drive to and visit various places in Lapland and see the Northern Lights; very clean and comfortable; and great local business as the place is managed by a very nice couple from Vuotso. We chose the place as one can rest and peacefully enjoy Lapland while avoiding the crowds of tourists.

A very nice and quiet cottage in the middle of the forest, but with all the comfort you need: well heated, perfect sauna (and for the most brave, you can jump into the snow between two sessions!). Not far from Saariselka and the national parks. We loved this place!

A cabin in the woods as comfy as you can imagine. Quiet and fully equipped with everything you need. The oven and sauna with enough chopped wood to last for a lifetime :-) were a lot of fun and we enjoyed them every night. Northern lights just outside the door. Snowshoes to rent from our lovely hosts and no question we had stayed unanswered. A really remarkable experience and we would recommend staying there in a heartbeat. By car we took daytrips up to saariselkä and inari and were always greatful to return to our cabin at night instead of staying in a hotel near the city. Imagine it to be more pretty than on the pictures and much like in your dreams of a perfect stay beyond the polar circle.

The cottage is really cozy and in the middle of beautiful nature. Activities of Saariselkä, Sampio's natural park (Sampion luonnonpuisto) and the trail on the Pyhä-Nattanen hill are all close when you are travelling by car. We will definetlty come here again! The hosts are really nice and helpful, they even borrowed us a toboggan when we asked.
