    There is the fast wifi, which allows atleast 9 users at the same time, including the Netflix.

The access of this spacious apartment is direct from the main street. There is 2 minutes’ walk to “Revontuli”, the biggest shopping mall of the center and 5 min to Lordi’s (center) Square. The unique apartment is well soundproofed, and the bedrooms are spaced apart. There are two marked parking places for our guests. This 112m2 apartment has a maximum capacity of 14 adults (4 additional beds for a sofa bed + baby cot). The sleeping facilities can be arranged for 9 persons, each with its own 80-160cm wide bed in 2 - 3 bedrooms with. The apartmnt has 2 separate toilets + bathroom with shower. Complete kitchen equipment. You can pay transport, safaris, all excursions and laundry services for an additional charge without credit card, but we accept however nine different credit cards.

Lapland's capital Rovaniemi is the only city in the world, where services and seasons, as well as Sámi, Finnish and Lappish culture are available within minutes of your stay. The most awesome thing here is the Nature of Lapland surrounding the area, which -with its animals and natural phenomena- is just a short distance from the narrow center. In addition, there are a summer and winter sports center, a regional theater Rovaniemi Theater - Korundi Cultural Center, the Science Centers of Arktikum & Pilke (forest center) and much, much more - and all of them just next door. Rovaniemi is a well-known northern city where the unique nature and architect Alvar Aalto's handicrafts are always visible, including the city hall, the Lappia House and the famous “Reindeer antler” city plan. Our nearest neighboring private house is also designed by Alvar Aalto. The locally famous architect was called Ferdinand Salokangas. Rovaniemi is a vibrant, evolving city of Santa Claus, an international city where various tourism programs can be implemented from individualists and family holidays to demanding incentive trips and congresses.
