Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. The room exactly as you want it. And the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Obviously, I'm very pleased!

The room was fine--nothing exceptional but clean and comfortable. The location is one of the best in Helsinki: one block from the central bus station, walking distance to the central railway station and the metro, close to many stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good and abundant, and security measures against COVID strictly adhered to. The restaurant was unexpectedly good. They also have a sauna and a swimming pool, but I didn't use them. I appreciated the chairs and tables in the outside smoking area.

Breakfast was really good. Ton of options and the service was excellent. The wifi was shoddy it that it didn't seem to maintain a connection for long. We kept getting dropped from the wifi, and being Americans with phones that were not directly supported in Europe, wifi was really important.
