Chalet 8208 is a spacious two bedroom apartment right by the slopes at Ylläsjärvi, distance to Gondola lift only 200m. Bedrooms have twinbeds, which can be separated. In the living room one sofa-bed for two persons. Maximum staying capacity 4+2 persons. To keep the price down, we ask You to leave the apartment tidy; trashes out, dishes to washer (You can leave it on) floors/tabletops tidy. We always clean before guest arrives, but for additional cleaning costs (stains/trash) we will have to charge extra. Please bring your own bed linen and towels, since they are not included in the price. We also have them readily available in the apartment with cost of 18e/person. Please remember to send message to us if you wish to rent. It is strictly forbidden to use beds without linen. When beds are being used without proper bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, we are forced to charge extra 30e/bed for additional cleaning costs to ensure good night sleep also for our next guest. This is a fully equipped apartment, not a hotel room. We provide normal first night’s needs, for example toilet paper, but for longer stay please bring / purchase more if you need. Parking lot is right next to the building, you can choose any available slot. All places have electrical outlets for heating. Since there is one spece for each apartment, additional cars or trailers have to parked elsewhere. Please note that the electrical outlets are not allowed to be used for charging EV's! Upgrade process is ongoing to change the places suitable for charging EV's.
