Everything. Location, size, comfort, beds, etc etc location is amazing in a gorgeous old town bustling street. Keep the windows open and absorb the atmosphere, or close the windows and have a lovely quiet space. We loved the shutters too! The space is great. Gorgeous roof beams. We had great space for our family, 4 which is like 4 adults with grown teenagers. Our bags weren’t in the way either. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Air con and Wi-Fi work great!

The location is right in the historical centre of Nice, walking zone, no traffic in that narrow street. All shops are in surroundings incl. bakery and small supermarket. And many restaurants of course. The host was very helpful and took us straight to the apartment to show everything. He is a very kind person. The apartment has all necessary equipment incl. espresso machine!

The location of the apartment is right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by numerous restaurants, supermarkets and other stores. The bus/tram stops are also located nearby, the beach is also super close - 10 min on foot. The apartment was cosy and equipped with everything needed - from glasses and plates to a washing machine, iron and dishwasher. Everything was excellent we liked it a lot. The host and his wife were more than incredible - super nice and friendly!

La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 10 minutos de la playa andando, al lado del tranvía y a menos de 5 minutos del centro. El trato con el dueño fue muy bueno, desde el principio nos proporcionó muchas facilidades y aunque no le conocimos, solo hablando por whatssap nos proporcionó muchas comodidades. Pudimos hacer checkin cuando quisesemos y el checkout prácticamente lo mismo. Es muy espacioso y tiene aire acondicionado y hasta luz con ventilador en la habitación, hay un total de 3 camas y sofa cama. Sin duda recomiendo mucho este apartamento. Ha sido una muy grata experiencia.
