Company info

The flat is at 50m from beach Lumière but in a very quiet area. The famous Lumière family Palace is right at the end of the same avenue. Restaurants and bars just in front of the flat on the beach front. Bakery and ATM machine 50m on the righ. There is a bus (n° 40) that stops all along the beach area. I'm an electrotechnical Portuguese engineer with a french MBA in entrepreneurship. Arrived in France end 2011 for an international work experience. Ended up having a baby daugther in France so I decided to stay and invest in a family house. I thank you in advance for your confidence and having chosen our flat for your stay. I speak four languages, English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. Don't hesitate to call me if needed. Take care !

FULLY INDEPENDENT Apartment. Sandy beach right in front of the building but apartment located on the back of the building (quiet). You can go to the beach in swim suit and beach flip flops. Located in a historic building by the sea, in a quiet area, located just in front of beach restaurants. Living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms for up to 4 persons. Sea view only from the outdoor communal garden, not directly from the apartment. The entrance and windows face the quieter side of the building. Fenced Parking included for 2 cars. Flat TV, TNT channels and Amazon Prime Vídeo streaming service. Pets are not allowed. two bedrooms with 140x190 beds saloon with canapé-bench in the saloon full kitchen French press coffee system and Bosh TASSIMO expresso machine. Parking place also available at the SPA at 500m from our Villa.

Neighborhood info

The flat is at the left of beach Lumière but in the quiet side of the building. The famous Lumière family Palace located in Allée lumièere right at 100m from the flat. Restaurants and bars just in front of the flat on the beach front. Bakery and ATM machine 100m on the righ. SPA at 700m at the right by the sea side. There is a bus (n° 40) that stops all along the beach area. The flat is located at 1.6 km from the city center but there are always people who walk on the road along the sea, city center, the old port and the beach. There are good restaurants right outside in the beach front , left and right from our flat.
