Exceptionnal Location : Quai des Grands Augustins The flat is located in latin neighborhood, few walks from Saint Michel Fountain. With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket, restaurant) and is at 10 minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg Garden. Luxury Residence: the apartment whose surface is 130 square meters, is made up with 3 bedrooms, a wide living/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing machine and dryer). It's located on a 2nd floor with elevator. Then entrance door is equipped with keypad and security video.
