Cette maison traditionnelle est en réalité un gîte qui peut convenir aux voyageurs, vacanciers , ou entreprises de part sa situation géographique car idéalement placée entre RENNES(35 minutes et NANTES 55 minutes), avec accès facile. Le parc des expositions de RENNES ST JACQUES est à 30 minutes ! ... (Le MORBIHAN, la GACILLY est à 20 minutes)LOHEAC est à 20 kms (pour les amateurs de Rallyes CROSS) Le jardin de 800 m2 est parfaitement clos, à l'abri des regards, Au calme, vous pourrez vous ressourcer. stationnement gratuit et sécurisé, WIFI gratuite. Amateurs de cerises, dès le mois de juin, le cerisier du jardin est garni de cerises délicieuses, dès l'automne, le noyer vous offre de magnifiques noix ! Profitez en !! Nous avons déjà accueilli du personnel d'entreprise, nous avons donc acquis cette expérience.
Je suis né à STE ANNE SUR VILAINE, je peux donc vous aider à découvrir ma région , toutes les belles balades à faire, et les lieux à visiter. J'ai fait mes études à RENNES, je connais donc également parfaitement toute la région BRETAGNE. Moi, je suis parisienne, j'aime la convivialité et les échanges. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et vécu au MAROC et en TUNISIE, nous avons également tenu une maison d'hôte à MARRAKECH, nous avons donc l'habitude d'accueillir nos clients pour qu'ils se sentent "comme à la maison". Disponibles, nous sommes à l'écoute afin de satisfaire au mieux les besoins de notre clientèle.
LE centre BOURG est à cent mètres, vous y trouverez une boulangerie qui fait du très bon pain, une supérette, un café bar , pizzeria. Proche de la vilaine, que vous pouvez rejoindre en faisant quelques 500 m à pied, vous trouverez un restaurant longeant la vilaine, qui vous proposera crepes et galettes. Enfin, à 11 kms , au grand FOUGERAY, vous trouverez un supermarché U ainsi que différents commerces et banques.
