Very nice little studio, very well located near the beach and restaurants & shops in walking distance. The host gave clear instructions, and had organized an extra bed for our daughter, which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is well organized and the sofa bed is comfortable. The apartment has a great view looking over trouville and the beach. A few metres away, you can catch the little boat to get to Trouville. There was a bucket and shovel for the beach for kids, which was thoughtful. The towels were large and very comfortable. The internet is good and the apartment is tastefully decorated. All in all, I recommend the apartment for short stays and 3 people or less. Easy walking distance to the train station

Although the double bed is a sofa bed, it was the most comfortable that we've ever slept on. Kitchen was a great size with more then you would expect for a short stay. Street parking directly out front is free. Short walk to cafes and restaurants. Surrounded by beautiful houses / apartments.
