Welcome to our apartment in the heart of Toulouse, ideal for business or pleasure. This elegant refuge offers modern comfort. This spacious apartment is located in the heart of Toulouse, close to the Place du Capitole. Discover the cultural, historical and gastronomic treasures of the Ville Rose just a few steps away, and relax after a busy day. Book now : the perfect choice between ideal location and well-being. Just renovated, the apartment is on the 1st floor, without elevator, in a quiet street close to the Capitole. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people : 2 bedrooms with 160*200 beds and wide-screen TV, and one 140*200 sofa-bed in the living room. It is fully equipped, with a beautiful kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine...) and a large dining table. The sitting area, with its comfortable sofa and large-screen TV, is the ideal place to relax and watch a good film or read in peace and quiet... The rest of the apartment has a bathroom with a large shower, WC and washing-machine dryer.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located between Place du Capitole and Place Saint-Sernin, right in the heart of the city center, in the pedestrian streets. You'll be close to grocery stores, the halles couvertes du marché Victor Hugo with all its southwestern specialties, the Place du Capitole, and small pedestrian streets brimming with boutiques. There are also numerous cafés, restaurants and wine bars where you can sample local produce. The apartment has excellent transport links: both metro lines are close by (line A to Capitole and line B to Jean-Jaurès), as is the airport shuttle (to Jeanne d'Arc). The Matabiau train station is nearby. There are also numerous Vélib stations in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
