Main tourist attractions like Versailles and the Louvre were very busy , busier than i expected . Versailles everyone was pushing . Same at the Mona LIsa in the Louvre . The staff there were also very aggressive and pushing people out of the way . Go to see Mona Lisa and a staff member pushes you for stopping to take a few seconds picture - not good . I also payed for 9 tickets at the metro and the machine only issued me with 1 ! No one around to ask .

I think with the post summer Olympics 2024, almost everything has become too expensive in Paris---food, souvenirs, entrance fees, and even transportation.
Consider also the safety. Too many police officers hang around on streets, parks, and monuments.
Further, stress is palpable to many tourists on how to get around Paris. In spite of having seen many consulting their maps, their cell phones, or standing over street signs reading, many are still left scratching their heads, seemingly confused, of where they are.

The hotel had a great location—walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and tour drop-offs. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is an Aldis and many restaurants very close across the street from the hotel.

I love Paris and return as often as possible.
I love Paris and return as often as possible. I seek out the less touristy areas where you find the real Paris and the locals. You should certrainly check out all the usual tourist attractions but once you've exhausted them then go on you own tour of discovery and you will find some hidden gems.

You get what you pay for. There is no need to complain about the location since it is a very cheap hotel for Paris. The metro is near, just 8 minutes walk. The bedroom was nice, the same as in the photos. Bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also the room service was good, they cleaned and made our ned every day. There was enough space in the room since we jist had our backpacks. (tasty orange juice 😄)
Much nicer than I expected considering how cheap it was! Very clean and comfortable bed, decent sized bathroom, super friendly and helpful staff and fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast every morning. Unbeatable location in easy walking distance of the metro and most of the major museums. Still pretty modest accommodation obviously, but definitely one of the better budget hotels in central Paris!
Despite being one of the cheapest options we had, staying at this hotel was a great experience. The staff were welcoming and easy-going, and the room was very comfortable, with air conditioning, nice beds and a good TV with sports channels. Although the hotel is not directly in the city centre, it is easy to access via metro.
Room was quite big for Paris, nicely decorated, free water and breakfast was a nice touch. Also after two weeks travelling round France and staying in 5 different hotels this was the first place with actually decent aircon! Staff were always super friendly to us.
Great location. Nice, quaint hotel with homey feel. France was very helpful in accommodating my family with a larger room with a view. It was our first visit to Paris and he upgraded us to a larger room near the end of our stay. Paul and Nelson were kind as well.
