We look forward to welcoming you! :) ## Logement Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it comprises : - a bedroom with a double bed ; - a functional shower room ; - a fully-equipped kitchen - a large, cozy and comfortable living room; - an unoverlooked balcony with a small breakfast table. You'll particularly appreciate its comfort, peace and brightness. For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Hifi hitech in bluetooth and Airplay, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. A 10-minute walk away: Stade Charléty (multi-sports complex), Parc Montsouris , Butte-aux-Cailles with its street art frescoes, lively restaurants and cafés, beautiful swimming pool historic monument ; A 15-minute walk away: Place d'Italie with its large shopping centre and cinemas. Numerous shops nearby, including organic and other supermarkets, delicatessens, patisseries and bakeries, Picard frozen foods, butchers, fishmongers, the famous Quatrehommes cheese factory, pharmacies, bars and restaurants.
