Prime location - 2 minute walk from Bourse tram stop, only short walk to major sites, in historic downtown Bordeaux, safe neighborhood, a delicious low cost boulangerie around corner, and best ice cream in city is on nearby square. Apartment very clean and well organized - a great value especially for excellent location.

Our three apartments are in the same 18th century building right in the middle of the historical center of the city. As soon as your reservation is completed, you will receive an email with the exact description of the apartment you have booked. Please make sure it matches what you are looking for. The duplex is on the ground floor. It has a double bed and a sofa bed (sleeping 1.5 places). If you wish to use the sofa bed in addition to the double bed, please select 3 people when making your reservation (even if you are only 2 people). The studio, ideal for 1 or 2 people, is on the first floor. It has a retractable bed to free up space during the day. The apartment with balcony is on the second floor. It has two double beds (one on the mezzanine) and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. However, given its size (24 m²), it is more suitable for families travelling with children than for a group of adults. All three apartments have the necessary equipment for a perfect stay

The Rue Duployé is a small and quiet street between the magnificent Place de la Bourse and its well-known Water Mirror on one side and the charming Place Saint-Pierre with its old Church and delicious restaurants on the other side. Ideal spot to discover the city!
