This 37m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor (with elevator and digicode) of a building overlooking a small street and quiet courtyards, will delight you. You will feel like home and like real Parisians. Ideal for a couple, you will find: An entrance serving: - A living room/bedroom with a lounge area, a desk area and a sleeping area with a real double bed ( 140 x190 cm) + coffee table, storage, armchairs, TV, free WIFI, ...etc. - A fully equipped kitchen: stove (induction plates and oven), fridge, table and chairs for lunch easily/overlooking a small courtyard (+ coffee maker, toaster, utensils and dishes ....etc) - A shower room with sink - Independent WC Bed linen and towels are provided The person in charge of the apartment lives 2 minutes away and can therefore welcome you and help you throughout your stay.

This area is very commercial, lively and family-friendly, where you will find good cheese makers, bakers, wine merchants, supermarkets … typical markets, very good restaurants, Parisian cafés, many cinemas, theatres, museums, parks… Metros: Plaisance line 13 (3 stations from Montparnasse station)/Alésia line 4/RER Denfert Rochereau line B (direct from airports) And buses: 28, 38, 58, 62, 68 …take you in less than 20 minutes to the centre of Paris (St Germain, Notre Dame, Île Saint Louis, Champs Elysées, etc.) A V-lib station ( electrical bike ) is in front of the building
