Un logement idéalement placé parce qu'il est accessible facilement de la gare et l'aéroport par les transports en commun, et qu'il permet de visiter la ville à pieds, accès rapide au Centre Ville, avec l'arrêt de Tramway 'Chantier Naval' à 50 m.
Nantais depuis quelques années, nous ne voulons plus quitter le Centre Ville. Cet appartement permet d'accéder à tous les centres d'intérêts urbains, dont nous aimons profiter depuis notre arrivée.
L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble des années 1950, au premier étage. Vous êtes au calme, dans le petit quartier de la place René Bouhier, tous les commerces de première nécessités se trouvent dans la rue. Idéalement placé sur les bords de Loire, tout est accessible à pied ou en tramway : le shopping de luxe (rue Crébillon), l'île de Nantes (art contemporain et vie nocturne), la Cité des congrès (Folles journées)... Déplacements: Tout est accessible à pied mais pour découvrir la ville, vous pouvez choisir d'utiliser les vélos (station de 'bicloo' à 100 m ) le tramway (50 m de la station chantier naval), vous essayer à franchir la Loire en navibus... tout est proche.
