Pierre was exceptionally welcoming and explained the many facilities available in the apartment (including a chilled bottle of bubbly which we thought was a lovely touch). The roof terrace garden is magical, a pleasure to use (even in January as it comes complete with outdoor heater) and it provides a beautiful outlook from the lounge after a long day of sightseeing. We couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommended.

And we found our stay at Appartement Nice Centre Terrasse much more comfortable (not saying that it was cheaper). For me, the situation was better too. We literally didn't want to leave this apartment and go to hotel. And the host was very friendly.
RussiaWe arrived in Nice by train and contacted Vincent as instructed. Had planned to get a taxi but Vincent told us we could walk to the apartment. On advising him we had heavy luggage he came and met us and assisted us with our luggage to walk to the apartment. Really not a long walk. Vincent showed us around the apartment and gave us the required instructions for the apartment. He was extremely helpful. The apartment is not huge but is lovely and is in a great location walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais and the old town. Two supermarkets are close by. It has a lovely rooftop garden which we took full advantage of during our stay. The apartment is well set up with most things you would need. The bathroom is roomy (unusual in France) and the bed is comfortable. Would highly recommend for a couple.

Just as beautiful in real life as in the photos, and it's for the sole use of the guests staying in the apartment. The apartment itself is so well equipped, it has everything you need. Oh, and lovely bakeries round the corner for fresh bread and croissants in the morning Wonderful!

This apartment is unique because located in the heart of Nice on roof terrace with an exceptional terrace of 40m2 in addition to the apartment. This terrace is arborated by the florist owners and has a lovey solarium, a seating area with corner sofa and coffee table and a dining area with square table for 4 people. All plants are lighted and this terrace has a 5x6 meter awning with LED lights for your evenings and an electric radiant in case of nighttime coolness. This Rooftop is a true oasis of greenery that surprises all customers by the number of early varieties of plants and all these flowers with multiple colors in all seasons. This is why customer feedback is so positive and they can stay there year-round. The fact of being surrounded by 3 supermarkets of a shopping center 200m and all the possible shops but also close to the station and the 2 trams that take you to the airport in 25 mns make it a rare pearl if requested by a clientele very diverse. This wonderful Rooftop offers a Mediterranean way of life.
We are always excited to meet new people because we are florists in Paris and we love to take care of our customers and offer them rare plants and advise them but with this Rooftop it is the world the whole that we meet in this new profession that excites us and brings us a lot of joy even if the flowered terrace in all seasons requires a lot of work. The joy in the eyes of our customers makes us forget all those hours spent maintaining this wonderful space in the heart of our beautiful city of Nice on the French Riviera where this sweetness and this warmth allows us to possess veggies on the North of France and on the Mediterranean basin are doing wonders. We are accomplished florists in this apartment . Customers feel the joy of life and pleasure that we impart to them.
The particularity of our district is that it is located in the most touristic area of Nice like the Old Nice and that consequently the shops are open even on Sunday. This is a safe neighborhood (The police station is located 300m from our street as surrounded by shopping of beautiful bourgeois buildings and Nice and the Tramway stop Notre Dame is 2 meters away from the NICE ETOILE shopping center with 70 shops. The city centre station is also 5 metres away. Around our Rooftop there are also 2 large food and personal shopping areas such as Monoprix, Carrefour and also Picard frozen and full of small craft shops. In fact this cozy nest on this immense terrace is a peculiarity in Nice where the Niçoois balconies are often narrow, which offers the advantage of taking full advantage of the sun baths and the Dolce Vita that the French Riviera provides you.
