The location was great, walking distance to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants. It was great to have an appartment to myself (it was cheaper than a hotel). I was visiting friends in a nearby village, so I didn't use the kitchen or the enormous TV, but having both is excellent and allows you to cook instead of going out to restaurants all the time, which can get expensive. Great bathroom including bathtub and shower. Comfy double bed (not twin beds put together). I spoke to the host by Whatsapp beforehand to get clarification on how to get into the flat (he gets a notification on his phone when you press the buzzer and he lets you in remotely). He was very helpful and available.
