Apartment was stylish and had many unexpected amenities. Favorite stay in Europe. Location was a treat- in the heart of Old Town, minutes walk to everything including beach and playground. A/C worked great and host even left treats for us.

The seaside was only 5 minutes walk away and so was the market. The property itself was spotless when we first entered and all facilities were working 100%. The owners even threw in extras such as tourist leaflets, beach towels, an umbrella and hats for us which was very generous of them. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with minimal outside noise or smells getting in.

The apartment was just in the tourist street and is 5minutes away from the beach. I stayed there for 7 nights with 4 other friends, however the apartment is family friendly as well. The host was very nice and made sure to have a smooth checkin and checkout, upon our request she even organised a minivan for the transfere to the airport. I was very satisfied with my stay and will recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Nice and have an apartment by themselves.

De kleine dingen zoals afwasmiddel, koffiepods, specerijen zijn alle voorzien en er stond een fles rosé in de koelkast en koekjes bij aankomst. De Nespresso koffiemachine was geweldig. Het is een smalle straat, vol met winkeltjes en enkele restaurants, maar het lawaai van de straat valt uitstekend mee. De twee sleutels met automatische opening van de voordeur is handig. Snelle reactie door eigenaar bij de douche die verstopt was.

This 65sqm apartment is ideal for enjoying vacations in Nice. It is situated in the heart of Old Nice and is at only 5 minutes walk to the beach and a couple steps to the "Green Corridor". The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and was completely renovated. It is comprised of: - a spacious living-room with a large sofa bed that provides an additional Double bed sleeping space, a large dining table for 6 persons and closets, television, Hi-Fi, DVD player etc., - an open kitchen newly equipped (american style refrigerator, 4 burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, washing-drying machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water kettle), - 2 bedrooms with closets, one with a Queen Size bed and the other with a Double bed, - a delightful bathroom with shower, toilet, hand sink, towel dryer and closets. You will also enjoy free internet WIFI and a television with numerous foreign channels. We offer you as well all the amenities facilities to ensure your stay with comfort: sheets and towels of quality, a welcome pack (coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment ...
