AGV RM is a company specializing in para-hotel type seasonal rentals. We offer apartments close to the sea, bookable from a few days to a week, in the heart of popular seaside resorts on the french coast of Occitanie. The company is currently managing a fleet of completely new apartments that meet RE 2020 standards. We welcome travelers on the day of their arrival and provide them with all the explanations they need to start their vacation off right. We remain at their disposal throughout their stay. We offer linen rental and laundry services if needed. We also ensure that the premises are always kept clean and functional.

Property info

In Vias we have several air-conditioned apartments on the seafront just a few meters from the Farinette beach. The apartments, completely new and fully equipped, can accommodate up to 6 people.

Neighborhood info

The seaside resort of Vias is one of the largest in the South of France, with its 5 km of fine sand. This family destination, close to the famous Cap d’Agde beaches, offers many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, water sports and horse riding. There is even a discotheque and an exciting park for the younger ones. The town is dotted with many restaurants and seaside huts where you can spend beautiful summer evenings. The heritage of the old town is also worth a visit with its ramparts and neighboring vineyards. You can also take advantage of your stay to see the nearby Roque-Haute natural reserve or stroll along the Canal du Midi.
