Mooie schone kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Ook de gezamenlijke woonkamer en het balkon waren uitstekend. Elke avond werd je verrast met een mooie zonsondergang. Het waren erg warme dagen toen wij er waren maar in de nacht koelde het goed af. Ook was het fijn dat er geen enkele mug te zien was met dank aan de vleermuizen in de bergen. Gastvrouw Pauline heeft ons zeer goede tips gegeven voor 3 fantastische uitstapjes met details waar we echt iets aan hadden.

Chalet Arpitan opens up 2 rooms "Arpitanie B&B" as a Bed & Breakfast. Located in a green and quiet area of the village it enjoys awesome mountain views and sunsets. It has 2 ensuite rooms on the second floor: Quartz is a family bedroom for 4, Jade is a bedroom for 2 people with a south-facing balcony overlooking the garden and mountains. Guests have access to a shared tv room with table soccer, smart tv and small fridge. They can also access the sauna for a small fee. Continental breakfast (no eggs however) is served on a large balcony on the first floor in the summer overlooking the Aravis mountain range. Not suited for children below 12 years old. Please note that B&Bs in France are always at the owner's house with the owner 'in the place': NO kitchen available for guests, NO meals on premises except breakfast, the B&B opens only when the restaurants are open too. Restaurants are in the village at 1.5 km of the chalet.
Passionate about nature and the French Alps I came to live here some time ago. I will try to make your holiday as enjoyable as I can by providing tips and booking restaurants or activities if needed. I speak 5 languages.
Les Carroz is a good place for exploring the Alps and enjoying fresh air in the evening and beautiful sunsets. It is located 15 minutes by car from the A40 motorway. Switzerland (and Geneva airport) only 30 minutes away. Italy, 1 hour, Annecy and Chamonix 45 minutes.
