Artisan Lofts Opera Marais offers converted lofts in the same 18th-century building in the 10th district of Paris. Previously leather, fashion, art and crafts or bakery workshops, each loft is located on the ground floor and the majority have views onto the courtyard. Located on the ground floor, the lofts have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi access. Featuring a shower, the private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided in all apartments. There is an equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle. All types of restaurants and bars can be reached within a walking distance. Additional facilities include a ironing facilities and cleaning products. The property is 210 metres from Bonne Nouvelle Metro Station, which provides direct access to Opéra Garnier and the lively République area.

All our Lofts are located in a 1789 historic building with a special story ! it was originally a convent, then in 1875 it was about to be destroyed to allow the Metro construction. Last minute an industrial investor of the fashion industry bought the place to convert it into workshops (leather, fashion, fur…) and even a Bakery on the street side.
Hello, We are Angélique and Christophe. We live & love Paris ! We rent Trendy and chic lofts at unbelievable prices in the heart of Paris. We love good design and sharing local spots ☺️ We can't wait to meet you!
This area between "Le Marais" and "Grands Boulevards" is creative and authentic (Trendy shops, art galleries and new restaurants of talented young chefs). Metro (2min) and tourist sites within walking distance. Le Marais, République, Opéra, (10-15min). We would be so happy to share with you the great, secret and NON touristy spots located between 5 to 15 minutes walking from your flat! I will always remember what Jessica, a guest from US, said to me: «Thanks Angélique for such a personal touch in what can be an impersonal world». This is what I try to do… I really hope you’ll appreciate it!
