During our stay we saw mice running across the floor, and along the base/skirting boards in the apartment two days in a row. Even though we had a kitchenette we didn’t feel comfortable cooking or leaving food in kitchen due to cleanliness/hygiene concerns. We had to eat out which ended up costing more.

The apartment was in a great location but not ideal for families with young children due to prostitutes outside the entrance to the apartment and scattered along Rue St. Denis, even as early as 7:30am. We had to walk past them when entering and leaving our accommodation.

the Only thing was a fan in the bedroom that ran constant for the first night until I turned the fuse off, maybe a timed fan would be better

The neighborhood nearby may not be suitable for family with children.

The apartment is suitable for 2 to 3 persons, and is too crowded for a group of 5 persons like me. The staff is helpful. The facilities are well equipped.

Took 1.5 hours to locate the office which was a different address to the one specified on the booking. We eventually came across it by chance. We tried phoning numerous times when we arrived on Friday morning but got no answer or response. Also got no response to an email, online chat, voicemail and numerous phone calls in the weeks leading up to the trip to make a special request. The apartment is very small, up a dodgy laneway and a dirty/musty smell hits you on arrival. They provide 1 towel per person for the duration of the trip. They did not respond to a WhatsApp message request for new towels until the following morning, just before check out. There were mouse droppings on the bed.

Location is good dont book for a romantic getaway

Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist für eine 5-köpfige Familie ungenügend: zuwenig Teller, zuwenig Besteck, zuwenig Pfannen .... Die Lage in einem Viertel mit vielen Prostituierten und dem Zugang durch eine Hintertür ist für eine Familie nicht sehr angenehm.

Das Appartement war sehr eng, aber auch sehr günstig. Darum o.k.

La entrada terrorífica, un pasillo largo, oscuro e inseguro, con prostitutas en la puerta del pasillo que daba al departamento. Hicimos reserva para 5 personas y habían 2 vasos y una taza, las toallas sucias, las sábanas con marcas de maquillaje y sucias, el sofá cama durísimo, no se podía dormir ahi, el colchón tenía 5 cm de espesor, el wifi no funcionaba, la tv tampoco, un asco todo, realmente, tuvimos que buscar otro hospedaje porque era imposible estar ahí.
