Really good French / Continental breakfast with great selection of bread, brioche and pastries, as well as a selection of fruit salad, compote, yoghurt, cheese and ham, salami, etc all served at the table. At €20 a head it's not cheap - but it is quality produce, and we have the breakfast every time we stay at the Auberge! Alsacienne-styled rooms are bigger than you might expect.

Sierentz is superbly located, if you know Southern Alsace (and Sundgau). Both Hotel and Restaurant are of convincing quality. We were eating at the "terrasse" (under the trees), and it was very good. Prices of food and wine "reasonable". Same for wine by glass. And also "la clientèle" (some coming from Switzerland, logically) is nice.

Very cozy room with a great atmosphere. The garden was also beautiful. I very much liked the bed and bath. The staff were very kind and did their best to accommodate. The location was in the middle of the village center, with the Autoroute close by.
