Propriétaire, hôte, jardinier, administrateur, nettoyeur de piscine et préposé à l'entretien, Bella travaille seule. La vallée se distingue par ses femmes entrepreneures indépendantes! Property info

The key feature of Beau vallon is that it is a relaxed family property. Guests instantly feel at home . People come here to disconnect, relax, walk in the mountains and visit the abundance of historical attractions . There is something for everybody, inclduing children. The village restaurant is 5 minutes walk others are at 4km and 7km. At Beau Vallon there are wood and gas barbecues, planchas, raclette with plenty of tables and chairs on the open lawns. In winter the roads are usually open and you do not need equipment. The closest ski resort is 50km and you do need equipment.

Neighborhood info

The Vallée de la Rotja, in which is situated Beau Vallon is agricultural. Known as The Vallée Gourmande there is a wealth of local products to purchase. The closest supermarket is 5km away in Vernet les Bains. Note that you will drive past the excellent Super U supermarket as you drive round Prades. Why not stop there to stock up before you arrive. Get all your breakfast favourites ready for a lazy morning. There is an excellent butcher in Sahorre, a small selection of patés etc and a wine cave. Beau Vallon is approximately 690 metre above sea level and temperature can drop to below 0° in winter. in the interest of energy conservation we recommend warm winter sweaters and woolly socks.
