This charming house of 95 square meters with terrace is located in a residence with swimming pool in Saint-Tropez. It will be perfect for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is located a few minutes from the centre of Saint-Tropez and the beach. We welcome you all! ## Logement The semi-detached house has a private parking space and a swimming pool in the heart of the residence. The house comprises 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (which can be made into 1 double bed) and 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Please specify if you require a cot. The accommodation is air-conditioned on the first floor and in the bedrooms upstairs, with free internet access, and the owner provides guests with all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay (fully equipped kitchen, TV, stereo, washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron). Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. Professional housekeeping is carried out before and after each stay. The accommodation is located : - a 7-minute walk from the bus station, allowing you to explore the region and surrounding area, - close to various bars, restaurants and shops, - 5 minutes' walk from the Bouillabaisse beach, - and a 10-minute walk from the center of Saint-Tropez. The green boats departing from the harbor offer an escape into the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. For everyday shopping, there's a "Super U Utile" supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. No noise after 10pm.
